Folks,

We taped Carson Daly LAST Thursday but it airs THIS Thursday. We apologize for the confusion but honestly, no one tells us anything. It’s all an illusion. And already feeling like the imposters we are, we were so busy getting product applied to our hair, no one ever bothered to ask when the show aired.

But it happened. We came, we saw, we ate candy bars in the green room, somebody’s zipper got stuck, we rubbed shoulders with the self-proclaimed "Worlds 17th Greatest Late Night Television Host" and watched from the bandstand as Tom Green stood up and chugged a tall boy. James played my Olympic white 64 Jazzmaster and I rocked Angelo’s strat. If that’s not enough retro geekiness for you, check out the set—we borrowed some Sonny and Cher era risers from the Ellen warehouse next door when no one was looking. Ridiculous!
