God, now I’m really depressed. It’s sad.

Happy New Year to you and yours. Hope those resolutions are working out so far. Personally, I’ve got the same ones as last year. I need to get a little more savvy about life on the road. So yeah. I’ve learned so many things from Stephanie. Like for example, it’s never a bad time to wash your hands. Eat more salads. But, will I take my own advice? Wish me luck.

The radio still works and The Night Surfer is headed for open water, because on these coasts, Charlie DOES surf. We did hit it pretty hard in the Fall. And yes, eight weeks can be a long time. But then again, so can waiting in the car listening to KPOO trying to work up the courage to face the lines at the DMV for an hour.

Besides, there’s a worse group of people to be sandwiched in a van together with than the Mission Express. The Mission Express: Super heroes one and all. Of course it hasn’t all been fun and games. But I will say this: There are days when it’s hard to find anything to be unhappy about. So do come out and join us. Leave your smart phones at home. It takes a nation - no it takes a *village* to really waste time. In fact, I estimate I’ve wasted 10,073 hours on twitter alone. You’re welcome to join me over there. Let’s work through this.
