I woke up to a kind of cool surprise: Temple Beautiful being reviewed today on Fresh Air, by Ken Tucker himself. I checked my medications and they hadn’t expired, so I guess it was real. Somebody tell my mom!

Last but by no means least, you may have noticed we’ve got more gigs stacking up everywhere. So an Overdue Shout-Out to Dan Kennedy at the Mummyhead Home Office and ‘over there” to Chris Metzler. These two Indispensables work miracles for me and many others on a daily basis. Chris pulls overseas tours together and arranges for the band and me to sleep indoors. Thanks to Chris, we don’t even have to drive the van ourselves or change the oil.
