Chuck, How do you do it? Another sonic masterpiece, phenomenal writing, melodies and arrangements. No one else out there is doing this kind of work on a consistent basis. A few quick thoughts after my several listens. Love the Harrison influenced slide play on Castro. Kinky sounds on Temple. Great bridge...Museum of Broken Hearts--What a title!!Cello mellow..counterpoint with Duane Eddy...haunting vocals... Willie...love the walking lines, more Eddy tele, slide, and the cool twins to bring it home, 80's Brit styling and profiling. Left Hand , right hand Everly bros... Jesus...more of those brilliant lines going up and down...fire up that Princeton..to that sweet spot..bells and glock? Who shot John I remember the 70's psychedelic San Fran fuzz sounds... all time fave Michel with the Tree..San Fran Girls and all... Damn Chuck it all sounds so good to my ears. Gotta call Brad M and get you here before or after SXSW..Allons a Lafayette..maybe get Sonny to sit in.. |

Got my copy yesterday and I like the album - a lot. However, the reviews above are forcing me to reevaluate my opinion. |

The Manchester gig is being promoted by Mr Kite. He has done (at least) three other CP gigs and promotes lots of great shows in the North-West (and sometimes Leeds). All Mr Kite shows raise money for various good causes. The website is linked below. |

You can transfer DVDs to itunes. There is something you can look up on youtube. This should be legal, right? If its for home use, I guess it's okay. |
